SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Destinations Enzo Gourmet ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days via UPS. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Temperature-Sensitive & Perishable Products Many of our products — including fresh cheeses, mozzarella, burrata, ricotta, frozen desserts, and other perishable items — require special handling and temperature-controlled shipping. These items are packed with insulated materials and ice packs to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. For this reason:
- We recommend selecting the fastest available shipping option for perishable orders.
- We are not responsible for spoilage caused by delays outside our control (weather events, carrier delays, incorrect address provided by the customer).
- Perishable items cannot be reshipped if the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your shipment at ups.com.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [your contact email]. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
