Last updated: July 9, 2026

These terms apply to the private QuickBooks Online integration used by Enzo Gourmet / Food Promotions for internal accounting and operational finance workflows.

Authorized use

The integration may be used only by Enzo Gourmet / Food Promotions, its owner, employees, contractors, and authorized service providers for legitimate business operations. It is not offered as a public software product or service for unrelated third parties.

QuickBooks authorization

Access to QuickBooks Online is granted through Intuit OAuth by an authorized QuickBooks account administrator. The business may revoke access at any time from Intuit or QuickBooks settings.

Permitted activities

  • Read company information, customers, accounts, reports, and other accounting data authorized by the business.
  • Prepare internal accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and operational analysis.
  • Support business systems integration planning.

Restricted activities

  • No unauthorized access to QuickBooks accounts.
  • No resale, sublicensing, or public redistribution of the integration.
  • No use for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized accounting activity.

Data handling

Accounting data is used only for authorized business purposes. Sensitive credentials and OAuth tokens are stored in protected local or server-side configuration and are not intentionally exposed in public pages, client-side code, or user-facing output.

No professional advice

Reports or analysis generated from QuickBooks data may support business review, but they do not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
