Disconnect QuickBooks

This page explains how Enzo Gourmet / Food Promotions can disconnect the private QuickBooks Online integration.

How to disconnect

• Revoke app access from the Intuit or QuickBooks Online app connection settings, or
• Request disconnection by contacting foodpromotionsusa@gmail.com.

After disconnection

Once authorization is revoked, the integration can no longer refresh access tokens or make new QuickBooks API requests for the disconnected company.

Historical accounting records remain governed by the business's internal retention, accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
